Easy case handling

quote
We are committed to making our community a better place. Every case is handled with care, understanding and expertise. Our company proudly supports all communities while also assisting people of other nationalities in need.

Who We Are

Our role is to deliver a professional, reliable and dedicated service to the community.

  1. We help remove language barriers for individuals whose first language is not English.
  2. We provide ongoing liaison and support throughout the entire case, from start to completion.
  3. We aim to respond to all enquiries and questions as promptly as possible.
  4. Our advice does not provide guidance on legal, criminal or immigration matters unless the appropriate qualified professionals (such as solicitors or barristers) are involved in the consultation.

What We Do

Our advisory service acts as a central point of contact, bringing all your needs together within one network hub. We arrange either face-to-face consultations at our office or telephone consultations with the selected firms. Clients may also choose to meet and discuss their case with their chosen barrister or solicitor at our premises.

We carefully record all relevant information provided by the client. Once a case file has been created, including a Letter of Authority, application form and client statement, it is forwarded to the appropriate professional departments. We then liaise with these professionals throughout the entire process to ensure each case is brought to a conclusion.

We offer ongoing support from the initial consultation through to completion, while the solicitor provides the required professional services.

Our responsibility is to help individuals understand their rights by connecting them with the appropriate professionals. We act as a link between clients and legal experts, offering translation and cultural support throughout the process for the Albanian, Italian, Ukrainian, Greek, Romanian and Turkish communities.

Legal Advice

We provide free legal advice on community care, employment, housing, discrimination, public law and welfare benefits to Disabled people and their carers to ensure that they have access to their rights and justice.
We aim to respond to enquiries within 3-5 working days but at times the wait may be longer in some areas of law because of the huge demand for our services.
Please note that we do not have the capacity to advise on every area of disability law. Please see the dropdown menus ‘Our Services’ at the top of the page to see if we can help you.
